Michele Lee Midas

From as far back as I can remember the beauty industry has always been a passion of mine. My first job in a salon ,as a shampoo girl ,I was just 16. After graduating Panther Valley High school I enrolled at Empire Beauty school in Pottsville Pa. I furthered my education by getting my teachers license and going to yearly trainings on advanced techniques and current trends. I’ve worked at various salons from walk in to private . I’ve developed multiple skills over my 24 years in the industry that I love doing everything from cutting, specialty color and Hot Heads extensions on unisex hair. My goal is to make great styles affordable and achievable which is why I started The Midas Touch Salon. 16 years later My passion still grows with this ever changing industry . I’m so excited to expand our team and services with Salon Forty Three. We will now be able to take care of all your hair and skincare needs.

Stylist

Ashley Cinicola

The beauty industry has always been a interest of mine. When I was 21, I decided to trade my profession of pharmacy technician and instead become a cosmetologist. I've always loved doing my friends hair and make up and making them feel good about themselves! I decided to enhance my life and attended Metro Beauty Academy in the Lehigh Valley. I've been a stylist at The Midas Touch Salon now for 6 years. I specialize in color, especially blondes. When I'm not making my clients look beautiful, I enjoy furthering my education, spending time with my boyfriend and family, and also traveling to new places.

Jess Jacobs

After graduating High School, I went on to college for business management. I knew it was not what I wanted as I always had a passion for beauty. In 2015 I then decided to follow my passion and went to Metro Beauty Academy in the Lehigh Valley . I graduated and became a stylist in 2016. After school I furthered my career by becoming a certified lash and makeup artist. I have been working in the industry for 7 years now. First working in the Lehigh valley area for 5 years. Once I had my daughter I knew I wanted to be closer to home and her so I found my new salon home at the Midas Touch in October of 2022. I specialize in hair color, makeup application, and all things lashes. Helping brides get ready on their special day is by far my favorite thing.

Esthetician

Maya Hutton

My passion for skincare began back in high school, during a time when I was struggling with acne and the self-esteem issues that often come with it. I vividly remember how frustrating it was to try product after product, not knowing what would actually work for my skin. But as I started to research, experiment, and learn more about skincare, something clicked—I genuinely enjoyed the process of figuring out what my skin needed and how to take better care of it. That journey not only helped clear my skin but also rebuilt my confidence, and I knew I wanted to help others feel the same. This passion ultimately led me to pursue a career in esthetics. I became a licensed esthetician and graduated from Metro Beauty Academy in March of 2025. I take the time to understand different skin types, concerns, and goals so I can provide personalized care to each client. Helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin is what drives me, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with every person who walks through our doors.
